After more than 21 years of wholesale selling experience, we have opened our doors to Internet retail shoppers as well. Six years ago we began offering "outlet" priced consumer electronics online. We are located near center city Philadelphia, PA operating out of a 20,000 sq .ft. warehouse.

Return & Refund Policy:
Each product is guaranteed by the manufacturer. Complete warranty information is always included in all of our products by the manufacturer. The manufacturer warranty covers repairs and replacements for any defective or faulty products (subject to the manufacturer's policy).

Our D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) Policy:
In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective, you must report it to us immediately. We will gladly exchange defective products if contacted within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, all exchanges/repairs must go through the manufacturer. Please make sure to get an Return Authorization from us. See our About-Me page for more information.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges (to or from the customer) will not be refunded. In order to return a product that is not defective, the product must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a full refund. Some product returns are subject to a 10 - 25 percent restocking fee. Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your product(s). After 14 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product by referring to the manufacturers warranty provisions. Before returning any item, (within 14 days), you must contact our Returns Department for Authorization. Call us Toll Free at 800-951-6234, or email us to shop@electronicsoutlet.com and let us know your name, product purchased, date purchased, Invoice Number, and reason for return.

Can I pay using PayPal?

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received after 3:00 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via UPS. All of our items ship under our own UPS account, no exceptions.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day and 3 Day delivery with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Pennsylvania company, we are required by state law to charge 7.00% sales tax when shipping to Pennsylvania state addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon appointment with us.

What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated, you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices immediately.
