Our D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) Policy:
In the unlikely event that your product arrives defective, you must report it to us immediately. We will gladly exchange defective products if contacted within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, all exchanges/repairs must go through the manufacturer. Please make sure to get an Return Authorization from us. See our About-Me page for more information.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number.
All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges (to or from the customer) will not be refunded. In order to return a product that is not defective, the product must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a full refund.
Some product returns are subject to a 10 - 25 percent restocking fee.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your product(s). After 14 days, you must make all returns directly to the manufacturer or publisher of your product by referring to the manufacturers warranty provisions.
